Jared Edwards has spent his career focused on mastering public clouds and cloud native tools. He’s worked at rapidly growing startups and enterprise organizations in lead roles adopting Kubernetes. He’s built platforms from scratch and migrated legacy architectures to Kubenetes focused platforms saving organizations money and improving developer efficiency by as much 98%.

His work in high compliance FedRAMP, SOC2, HIPPA environments while producing significant reduction in cloud costs established a critical path forward for multiple complex organizations to adopt Kubernetes. This foundation led to Jared’s involvement in founding Kubefirst.

Since Kubeshop’s acquisition of Kubefirst in 2022, Jared has been leading the engineering team and steering the kubefirst open source platforms’ expansion efforts as well as the commercialization strategy to bring a paid tier of capabilities to Kubefirst.
