As a Full Stack Software Developer at Dutchess Management, you will play an integral role in our team's operational, integration, telemetry, and product development efforts. You will work closely with our portfolio companies and partners, providing critical technology support and solutions.

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Develop and integrate software for operational, integration, and telemetry systems.
• Work closely with portfolio companies and partners to understand their technological needs and provide appropriate support.
• Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework React, Vue.js, Angular etc.)
• Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX designStrong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire to constantly learn and improve.

We have gone from 1 to x0 Mid to Large Enterprise customers last year.

You must be experienced and passionate about talking to senior DevOps engineers, Testers, Platform engineers and their managers. Appreciate complexities of technologies from Kubernetes to various Test Automation tools.

You are coming from a Software Tools company with at least 6 years of experience. You probably have more energy and potential than the current place can absorb.

Requirements:

• Combination of strong technical background and presentation skills
• Great communication and story telling is a must
• Knowledge of:
  ‣ Kubernetes & Docker architectures
  ‣ CI/CD tools – Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub
  ‣ Software Test Automation tools for API, End-to-End, Load testing
• Strong organization skills – we have many trials and demos to manage
• Ability to work in a flexible remote first environment spanning multiple time-zones
• High EQ
• Demonstrable track record of growth and success.
